I have used this for many years and have occasionally altered it to make it fit different situations (that has always been to add to or change it but usually not remove anything). You might need to add clauses to cover such things as dumpster(s) or roll off(s) use and location, contractor access to the site, weather stipulations, Portable toilet location(s) and use, hours of site access, security, barricading or any other possible consideration that may apply to your specific situation. This sample contract may be used as is or may just be a starting point to get you going.
